Representative I had told me fees for the amount I wanted. He also told me about the fees increased depending on if repayment from probate would be 6 months or a year. What he did not tell me is their fee of 50% is what they automatically get. And if it turns out repayment is in the 6 month window. They still get 50% paid to them and contract says they will refund the difference. When I adked Representative when I will get refund? He told me immediately. Also said he would provide documentation on refunds process. Never received it
