The worse, very dissipointed.

I ored er ed over $300 of merchandise a, when they arrived they were the wrong size and it was Christmas presents for twin teenagers that love everything Irish. They arrived late. And we the twins had a tragic accident and past away, it was awful for our family. I called the Irish shop and empathy was little because they did not return all the money back. And had the audacity to say that it was how store works. Well Americans stores would never do that and I've dealt with irish store before. My family and I will never buy anything from this place and neither our friends. Two teenagers past away and we also needed the money back for funeral arrangements and they did not return all the money as I return all the merchandise. I was told by the employee that the all would be returned and He lied!DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. NO empathy and no value for customers that spent a large amount of money.SHAME ON YOU IRISHSHOP.COM!!Response to your untrue statements : 3 items were in the incorrect size and you never once told me that shipping would not be refunded. You stated we will refund you for your purchase so please DO NOT LIE. You company already showed the lack of value of the cutomers that purchase your products. Two young man died and you had no heart or empathy and you lied. No other company would behaved in this matter. As I read I'm not the only one your company was not honest. Not at any point your company stated that only part of the refund was going to be given back. Don't make excuses for a horrible situation that your company does not care. Your customer service is so low that you should not even state you have one. I called several times and it took more then weeks to get the money back and you did not give it all back. You deprived a family from assistance for funeral arrangements for two boys and did not care. YOU LIED.I will let a lot of people know how you treat customers and the ones that loose family members. THIS IS AMERICA, WE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND WHAT THEY GO THROUGH. you want our money only but honesty is not your forte. Other stores were wonderful you were the only one that didn't care that two teenagers that loved Irish shirts dies.I saw several bad reviews on other review sites and on this one also. I wish I had seeing it brdore but now I will tell everyone how awful you are and is full of excuses. As the other reviews I've read it's always the customers fault, lack of knowledge. Bad busness, not worth it. That should be a sign Mr.D. to not lie, do what you say and have a higher level of customer service and RESPECT people and their hard earning money. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! YOU NEED TO LIE OVER MONEY NOT RETURNED AS PROMISES TO ASSIST THE FAMILY OF TWO TEENAGERS DEATH TO MAKE YOUR COMPANY LOOK GOOD. YOU ARE A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY!!!
