Out company to maintenance work for a large grocery chain and this particular job was small. After many fail attempts to find the correct door latch to a restaurant room partition, Jackbob had the manufacturer's latch I need. They Identified the correct model with a picture, I ordered via their website, they shipped it out USPS not extra charges and I had the in hand in a few days and installed it job completed.
I love Jacknob. I sell toilet partitions and accessories for a living, so having a company like Jacknob is great! Sometimes my customers just need extra hardware to complete a job and Jacknob has always had what I've needed in stock and shipping is very fast.
When we needed hardware to finish installing bathroom wall stalls, Jacknob had exactly what we needed. The seller of the stall walls said the hardware was sent with the walls but we wound up being way short of what we needed. Sadly, Metpar wouldn't send what we didn't receive so we had to pay more out of pocket. We haven't used the hardware yet (waiting for a knee replacement to heal) but are sure it will work out fine.
I was having a difficult time finding the right Hinges for a bathroom door. My maintenance employee saw on the old hinge a 4 digit number. I called Jacknob and they were able to find me a full replacement pack and even waited patiently on the phone while I measured the thickness of the door and old hinge. We had previously bought a hinge on Amazon that didn’t fit and the door had been off the stall for a couple of weeks. The delivery was quick and within a day we had that bathroom door back on for use in the men’s bathroom. Thank you Jacknob for the wonderful service and finding us the identical replacement part.
This company was out of the exact model of part that I was needing and offered a similar product instead. That part would've been great if it fit the 1" thick door that it needed to be installed on, but it was for a thinner door and the one tiny plastic clip part broke straight away. Not having any time to order and wait for another part, I was able to make the old handle work by drilling and JB Welding a stainless steel screw into the new hole to make the door bolt function.
