Thank you for sending spare bird feeder parts quickly and efficiently. This is the second time I've ordered parts from Jacobi Jayne and both times received excellent service. The gentleman who took the call was courteous and helpful.The parts I ordered were plastic tubes and these appear to be made of thinner plastic than the ones that they are replacing, so I wonder how long they will last.
