From the onset, from my first order from JCK, I have enjoyed my interactions with them. Responses, purchases, deliveries have always been delivered in a timely way. Their products are of the highest quality. Since discovering them for my personal knife use, and in our Cafe, I have been so impressed that I have gifted multiple people with knives and JCK products. I have never been let down. And I continue, after more than a decade, to be more impressed. Although, I have indulged in nicer knives, for my own use, most purchases have been of very practical knives, tools for the kitchen. Knives that retain sharpness, slice nicely, and feel good to use.
