I purchased $200 worth of gift cards from Jason's Deli (906 W McDermott Dr, Allen, TX 75013) with the advertised incentive of $20 being added to my account. It has now been four weeks, and despite trying every week to use this reward, I’ve been told repeatedly that “the system is down.”This is incredibly frustrating. I made this purchase specifically because of the incentive, and to this day, I have not been able to access or use the $20 reward. If your system cannot support the promotion, it should not be offered in the first place.I expected better from Jason's Deli. Please resolve this issue or provide an alternative solution. Customers should not be left without support after spending their money in good faith.
