I was told upon purchase that I would get my lift within 4 business days. It took almost 3 weeks, then I had to go pick it up myself in another state as I got tired of hearing that it would be arriving tomorrow, when I kept contacting JMC about this they blamed it on manufacturer then shipping co.but I found out that they didn't even order it until 7days after I originally purchased it then all they could say they were sorry and that they would give me a 5%discount on a future order, REALLY!!!
