I posted a review a few days ago about the issue of them not responding to my request to transfer my VIP status to them and been waiting over a month. I've contacted so many times via email and love chat and submitted the form again and again and I finally got a response a few days ago and was told they were literally processing my VIP status immediately and as they were sending the email.... well I've received that same email from them about 3 times now over days.... unless it literally takes days and days to do a simple thing like that, they are just straight out lying. If they don't want to do it, they should just say straight out instead of wasting my time. You just lost me as a player and I've asked for my account to be closed, which means in the long run, you've lost thousand from me and all for $500 euros. I'd be quite annoyed if I was your boss knowing that. Should have thought about long term instead of being greedy now.
