Earrings were out of stock and had to be made. That’s fine but, how about you let the client know there’s been a delay? Instead of waiting for them to contact you? Disappointed in the earrings when they eventually did arrive. Definitely not the same quality of the pieces I’ve seen face to face. Won’t be purchasing from the website again.
