I was very disappointed with my first experience with Kathy Kuo Home. I purchased a foot stool and was not satisfied with the color. It was not clear to me that they would charge a hefty restocking fee and a shipping fee for the return. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was told that this is the their supplier’s policy and nothing they could do. Their supplier is not my supplier so as a customer of Kathy Kuo Home I didn’t feel I was a valued customer and I was very unhappy with my experience.
