If I could give 0 stars I would!!!I paid £35 each for change of ownership papers for two of my French bulldogs. I received both papers with the incorrect information. I contacted them by email requesting the registration papers to be corrected and I received a reply from Sam who asked me for the correct details to send out a new copies of the papers. I never received those papers and have been contacting them about it for over a year. I’ve sent over 100 emails and left them over 50 voicemails to call me back. I haven’t received any response or call back. My two dogs had a litter of 7 puppies who I stupidly registered with Kennel Registration for £57 and I did not receive the documents. Again tried calling and emailing and yet again, no response!I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
