Terrible company, I purchased a puppy advertised as KC registered turned out the breeder mistakenly registered the puppy's with kennel registration, I picked up the mistake after I was doing a transfer of ownership paid £37.50 via PayPal. Documents never turned up, e mailed kennel registration, reply she was very disappointed I had not received any paperwork and would get on to it straight away. Nope never happened. I got in touch with PayPal and got a refund. I am slightly concerned in the small print it says our details can be passed to a third party including abroad. Errrr better not do. So don't register pupster with them, they don't have any guarantee registered puppy's are thoroughbred, my advise steer clear.. Register with kennel club.
