Completed the transfer of my puppy in January 2021 paying for the silver package. Waited weeks and nothing arrived, telephoned and waited on hold on various occasions which cost me over £50 as I called from my mobile and didn't realise I would be charged expensive call rates. Finally received the paperwork but no breed guide book. I have chased this via phone calls and emails with Sam on numerous occasions always being promised I will get the refund!! my puppy is now 7 months old and I have neither the book or the return of the £10 I paid for it!! Totally took the shine off my first experience as a dog owner, would not recommend this company .
