They never answer the phone, First time I ordered paperwork it was 3 months late which costed me a £1700 new owners returned the puppy to me, and when I tried to go to court they never appeared and due to the small amount of money paid judge decided not to go thru due to the pandemic and told me to give them one more chance. So I did this time I ordered and 5 weeks later still not delivered opened case on PayPal they gave me wrong tracking details
