I ordered a portrait on December 4th. I had a proof relatively quickly but needed a few changes. I resubmitted a photo and they reached out to make sure I knew exactly what the drawing would look like. I responded within the day. I never received a response and have sent 2 other emails and tried their chat number twice. I called every number I could find related to the company with no answers. At this point I will most likely dispute the charge and hope for a refund. Customer service is terrible!
