We went to k & k cars in Manchester, seen Karl about a car we had seen in Autotrader, let us have a good look around inside and out. Didn’t push us to buy the car. Offered us a great deal on are focus. Went back the following day with a family member for a second opinion. Still didn’t push us. After a little while we said yes we wanted the car, as it was the weekend we had to wait till Monday to sort out paperwork with the finance company. By Tuesday everything was sorted. We called to arrange pickup for the Friday with Karl, not a problem. Karl was great very friendly at all times. I would recommend this car sales any time to family and friends.
