Scott allowed me to pick his brain prior to my purchase and offered great advice. The website also has a lot of information, and answered additional questions and provided information that I was unaware of. The ordering process was easy and the instructions were so easy. I made the brew the traditional as well as the brew method recommended with great success. I plan to order more in the future to give as gifts.
