One item on my home delivery order wasn't sent. This order was placed directly on Kwik Trip's online app. After the order was delivered, the third party delivery person texted me to inform me that the ground beef I ordered and was charged for on my credit was out of stock and that I need to contact Doordash for a refund. After a lengthy call to Door Dash and being placed on hold numerous times, the call was abruptly ended by Door Dash customer support...no explanation, not a word...just simply hung up. This is the third time this has happened and I'M TOTALLY FED UP!!!! THIS IS THE DIRECTION THE USA IS HEADING DUE TO THE MOST INEPT ADMINISTRATION EVER!!! "BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN INADEQUACIES" Kwik Trip has vastly improved their home delivery and I am now a happy weekly home delivery repeat customer!
