We were met with a smile and garlands at the airport and helped to to arrange a local SIM. Our driver driver, Predep , made our trip. His English was excellent, he was incredibly knowledgeable about Sri Lanka and especially its wildlife, listened to our wishes and did his best to accommodate them, drove safely and comfortably, and gave us good advice at every step. I can’t recommend him highly enough. The hotels, were exactly what we wanted - characterful, great service and friendly. we were greeted and looked after really well. The guides for all the sites and national parks we visited were excellent - provided plenty of information without overwhelming us. And finally, the pace of the tour was exactly what we needed - we did enough to get a real taste of Sri Lanka while having plenty of rest time. I have no hesitation recommending Lanka safe tours.
