If I could give zero stars I would. Well where do I start. I ordered a meal online money was taken, 45 minute delivery time. I get it’s Friday night and they were busy but I had to call 1hour 15 minutes later as no delivery. They apologised they were busy but they assured me they could see my order going with the delivery driver and would be 5 to 10 mins. 45 minutes later still no delivery. I called again to be told food still not left the store but they could see it and it would be delivered anytime. Now this is where I was amazed at the lack of customer service, I asked to speak to the manager to be told they refused to speak to me. I had said I wanted to cancel the order only to be told ‘whatever’. I could go on but what is the point. I won’t be ordering again from this place but needed to share my experience with others
