I'm not really sure what star rating to give..On the one hand, I did get my device and a 10% discount, as it certainly wasnt a 24hr delivery.. more likely 2weeks.. however, my emails were answered contemporaneously, and politely... Also, I'm not 100% certain the device works as promised... I'm of an age, whereby upper lip hair is embarrassing, so bought this just to deal with this little annoyance.. I'm not sure its happened!.. have had the device for about 6months (maybe more!) Using it regularly, every 2weeks or so, had hoped that by now, I'd not be needing too... but hey, ho, I am.. thankfully it only takes a few minutes!.. maybe I'm not doing it right??? Who knows?So... I think 3stars is probably fair;1... I've got my device2... I got a discount as it was not a 24hr delivery3... I'm not sure it works as advertised, but then does anything.... Hope this helps you making up your mind before purchasing one
