So I used the laser once, second time I’ve come to use it, it didn’t flash against my skin at all. Also starting flashing in my face and I wasn’t even touching the button. I contacted them through email and all I got was like an “auto email” saying “ sorry it’s not working, you have to plug it in!!!” Multiple times I tried to tell them what happened and just get the same patronising email reply. Furious, don’t have time for this or the stress.
