1. The quality of the mattress seems good. I had to trust Wirecutter for their recommendation to purchase a mattress without testing it out first.2. The mattress arrived a day late due to a mistake with the warehouse which didn't pack it on the delivery truck on the due date - it arrived a the next day fortunately in the morning.3. The mattress gave off a chemical smell and my eyes got irritated. It makes me wonder what's in the mattress that irritated me? It's now three days since we received the mattress and we still smell that a little. It's concerning.4. I'm not sure it works for me. My husband likes the mattress. I find it a little too soft even though it's a hybrid and has a firm foundation. It's harder to move around on because it sinks in so much more.
