Not very happy with the customer srvice I have received spent a lot of money on Christmas presents and was told they have a backlog and the only help they can give me is to get in touch on 18 Dec of items have not arrived. They are presents for Christmas so how is that helpful. As they won't arrive in time for Christmas. No offer to help or investigate before this. Pretty disgraceful for a company who says it has the best horse products. There customer service does not match up at all !!
