I am extremely frustrated with the handling of my recent order. I received a completely incorrect product, and despite multiple communications, their response has been consistently inadequate. They have repeatedly denied that a mistake was made and refused to accept a return, which is completely unacceptable.Horrible service, Horrible communication and Horrible product. Never purchase anything from them. I will escalate the issue further.
