I had the pleasure of working with one of the jewelers, Avi. From the very beginning, he was so helpful! I had to get my ring sized down along with changing the center stone. Avi worked his magic and found me the perfect center stone to match my original ring. He was so responsive and worked within our budget. I could tell he wanted to do everything in his power to get us the right stone! Which was so sweet and reassuring. And he did!! We are so happy with our new ring and how smooth the process was.
