The hard wired unit is awesome to stash somewhere, my biggest fear is mice chewing wires not being discovered ever. It has worked flawlessly since installation. Customer service was there when questions came. Only critic would be foreknowledge of when one satellite hands over to another satellite it can trigger a notification like the unit has moved.Even on the map it will show a distance from one spot to another even while nothing has moved.After this learning curve, it has made at least 4 sleep easier knowing the coverage on our asset never stops.
