First off id like to apologize to the two gentlemen who helped me out, Zack and Thomas. Im sorry for being an jerk to put it nicely. they both worked very hard to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend this company and their devices, they stand by what they sell and that means a lot these days. one of the guys who help me out was also the engineer who helped develop the product, again, I love that the people who made it also help you fix it. it stopped sending data to my phone, with a change of batteries and a software update they had me up and running again within the hour. now thats customer service!!! thanks again y'all for helping me out, and again, I am sorry for being a jerk. p.s for all you people who gave them a bad review for auto renewal, you should read before you click okay. besides, auto renewal ensures that whatever your tracking stays tracked!! no brainer there. read before you sign lemmings. I have no problem with the auto renewal, this device tracks my cargo trailer which is also my home, its been converted into a stealth camper. ive got 10k invested in it, $149 a year is worth the peace of mind I get from this device!!!
