Purchased a tracker and it didn't work. Was sent a new one and it started working fine. Around a year later the tracker stopped working. I was told by a rep that I needed to send it into them and they couldn't guarantee it being replaced due to it being past a year. First off a prepaid return pack with a new device is how you treat customers. I would have packed it and sent it back meanwhile had no downtime with my new device. After hearing that I decided to cancel and won't be using their services again.
