I ordered ergonomic loupes as a dental hygienist. The loupes either came with a screw missing where the oculars attach to the frame, or it fell out within 10 days of adjusting to the new loupes. The provided strap is not secure and would slide off of the arms during and after treatment. They are heavy on my nose and uncomfortable after an 8 hour day. I have owned several other pairs of loupes and have not experienced quality issues like this previously, so I opted to take advantage of the 30 day money back guarantee. Customer service repeatedly suggested I return the loupes for repair. I reiterated I would like a refund, and they eventually stopped responding. Would not recommend this company.
