Our first contact was with Sales Associate Lynn, and honestly following our discussion with her is why we chose to move forward. No phone tree or bots, rather an actual person knowledgeable with both the product and design process and someone we felt had our interests at heart. Lynn was especially helpful with the design process.As for the product, we absolutely needed solid wood and a low VOC finish, so Lundia fit that requirement perfectly. The actual quality of our closet surpassed my expectations, and we are thrilled with the results.I also wanted to give kudos to the packaging and shipping department. The care in how our closet components were protectively packaged was second to none. I've never seen anything like it before. Our closet was shipped from southern California across the country and arrived at our home in southern Wisconsin without a single blemish or missing part.I would conclude by saying that Lundia is an extremely well-run company with a superior product.
