The campaign really started great but we lost communication through it partially due to my team typed the email wrong which couldn’t be fixed. We need to have a good email for the portal. I think that they kinda left me alone on that end. I believed we could’ve just canceled out the promo and started fresh right after they new that the email was typed incorrectly. I think that you have to be very careful that you cannot make a mistake on your email at this point until Lyriplex comes up with a solution when that happens during the application stage. I feel like I need to try another promo one more time to make sure that what I’m feeling could’ve been our fault partially so I want to find out another campaign with giving them the correct email for the portal communications and to see if we get all of the promo correct this time
