Purchased a title with Steam DRM. After hours of waiting. I was updated that the purchase was completed. My profile however does not have any updates. Effectively, Macgamestore took my money and have not provided the product purchased. After hours and numerous attempts with site support, which is only web form, I have only received automated messages.
