I chose a plan and he said I would get my meds in about a week if the holidays didn't delay it.i actually received an email from FedEx the same day saying they received the order and would text me when they had a delivery date. They text me early the next morning and said my package is scheduled for delivery Friday. 2 days after my phone call about my blood results. They do what they tell me they are going to do and they do it fast. Matrix is amazing so far
