We are a small Right to Manage Company who commissioned Maunder Taylor to do a specific survey and report. Bruce Maunder Taylor despite clear instructions, undertook work he was not qualified to do. Produced a report not fit for purpose. Tried to get payment before we had sight of the report. Initiated legal proceedings before their RICS complaints process was completed. Withdrew their claim in National Small Claims Court because of all the paperwork and evidence we prepared in our defence. They are not trustworthy or honourable.Use at your peril.
