I am doubting whether these sitters are actually real or not, as had no response to any emails or phone calls.You can then request a refund on the site. This conveniently doesn't work.I am still waiting for my full refund.Foolish of me to part with my money before checking into their product properly but the website looks smart. Please don't make the same mistake as me
