Though I appreciate the fast, respectful response to my question, when I bought the baby formula which is in such short supply I got a 3-5 day shipping option. The order was placed on June 30th and the formula has. yet to ship as of the 11th as far I know. The baby needs this special formula that has been so hard to find anywhere. Should we receive the formula soon I will absolutely rate the experience as more positive.
