I’m disappointed with this parking experience. I paid $39 to reserve a spot, but due to the Chicago Hot Chocolate Run, most roads were blocked and it was nearly impossible to reach the garage. After trying multiple routes, I had to park at Hilton Public Parking instead and paid another $42.There were no clear directions or guidance about road closures, and my original payment went to waste. I hope the company reaches out and issues a refund, as I should not have to pay twice for parking.
