I ordered a wine set for a relative's holiday present. It seems to have been lost in delivery. I reached out for help locating the order but have not received further updates or information. My previous experiences with Millesima were all great, with first-rate service, so I hope this was just a one-off issue.
Terrible experience. Waited 4 months for my wine and heard NOTHING from the company. Finally, I called 4 times and emailed and miraculously, the wine was delivered to them, but they did not tell me.After a ridiculous surcharge which I paid, hopefully my wine will be delivered in another 4 months.
