I ordered an Aztec Sun concrete based patio circle (3.4m). This was delivered as promised on the day confirmed. I was also contacted (by Sandra) and it was explained what to do if there was any issue's with the delivery (breakages, etc..). The slabs were well packed and although none were completely broken 3 had actually been chipped in transit (2 which could not be disguised). I reported this via email and 3 replacements were sent to me withing 48 hours. The customer service here is second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, not only for great communication but also for such a well priced good product. It makes such a change to deal with a company which treats it's customers as the priority and resolves all issues in such a quick timely manner. Thank You.
