I recently ordered a stone patio circle from Millpool. The ordering process was straightforward and the assistance from the company was excellent. Unfortunately, on unpacking it was discovered that one of the slabs had been cracked in transit. The staff at Millpool stone could not have been more helpful. They immediately got onto sending out a replacement slab. I was very grateful for this, as due to shielding because of the Coronavirus, I could not possibly have driven the 50 miles to collect. The patio circle is now laid, and I am very happy with it. I would definitely use Millpool again, and certainly recommend the company to anyone. I definitely felt they went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful.
