As i inadvertently left out my unit no. as part of my delivery address, #MMAWarehouse had shifted responsibility to shipper. I checked with DHL the shipper and they said they will never destroy items/parcels unless the sender (seller) had given permission. I also made checks with my local delivery agent, SingPost. In my last email with MMAWarehouse, this is the reply the staff gave and disclaimed all responsibility: "SingPost may have given the package back to #DHL to return to sender, however, they would have nothing further to do with the package. The DHL tracking for this package indicates that they destroyed the package in lieu of returning it to our facility. Once again, this issue was caused by the incomplete/incorrect address that you provided us. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered to the address we are given, or if the item is refused or unclaimed. It is only as a courtesy that I am offering to split the cost with you. Please remember that we can only ship to the address that we are provided and cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer."When the MMAWarehouse staff said "split the cost" between seller and buyer, it is not US$10, but US$224!! Shouldn't MMAWarehouse check why was the item, a set of US$224 #Hypnotik Notorious Gi, destroyed?
