We have a parcel to MNG Karoo during our holiday to Turkey. We clearly mentioned the country of delivery to Australia and made the payment. The office in Urgup gave us the delivery time and we didn’t receive the parcel. When we checked from the person who helped us with the service in Urgup he said that we have given wrong details and Australia customs rejected and have send the parcel back to Turkey.When we provide all the proof he admitted they made a mistake and the parcel was sent to Austria and not to Australia. He ask us to pay another USD25 to rectify their error and we made that payment too as we wanted our parcel back as it’s gifts we got to our family. We have tried sending emails and tried contacting this person and it’s been two months. Our parcel is missing and I think we got scammed. Please don’t do transactions with this company as they don’t have any service for foreigners . Basically no customer service at all . If you are a foreigner check the postal services for courier as it’s a government organization they will not steal your parcels or money. Please don’t use the service as we are still trying to get our parcel and having hopes. It’s sad that this is how people in Turkey treat foreigners.
