I have purchased a few times from Moddeals. Products are not of great value but you get what you pay for. At least 2 occasions, Moddeals never sent items I ordered. Getting ahold of them by phone is impossible. You are kept on Hold forever even though you are told your are "next in line"... I held more that a dozen times for over a half-hour as the "next in line". Sending emails is fruitless. You get a auto response that they will get back to you within 24 hours. Still waiting on several email responses since February 14th!! They cancelled my last order, without telling me, but kept the money!! I had to go through PayPay and they still refused to answer PayPal! After a month of fighting, I finally got my refund that was not approved by Moddeals. PayPal went in and refunded the money due to "non action" by Moddeals.... Ridiculous. I'm done using them because I'm sick of fighting when they take money and not fulfill the orders.
