I ordered two Modkat boxes along with a waste pale, garbage bags and box liners. I received one litter box, one waste pale, bags and liners but no second box. I emailed right away to tell them my order was not complete. I did get a email asking about the problem was but no response to my reply as of yet. I have called two different times and left messages and today I sent photos of what was delivered. Still no response. If it doesn't get resolved I'm going to dispute the charges. I also have an on-line business and would NEVER treat my customers this way. EVER! We always answer phone and email queries and solve problems. You will not stay in business with customer service like this but maybe they don't care as long as the numbers look good.Update- 11/26/2022 I finally received the other box I ordered! The product is great so I'm changing it to three stars from one. I wish this company would communicate better so their clients don't feel ripped off.
