Non-existent customer service. Ordered a litter box, liners, and accessories but received someone else's order entirely -- the packing slip had their name and address and their items were in the box, not mine. I've tried reaching out to Modkat three times over a couple of weeks to get the items I'd ordered, but not a word from them since. I've tried their contact form and direct emails to their support email address.Edit: They finally replied and said they would send the missing items, after my third attempt at contacting them which is when I threatened a credit card dispute and also initially left this review. Whether or not those got the ball rolling, I do not know.
