Honestly only writing this because I feel like the other reviews really don't do the company justice. I bought my favorite litter box I've ever owned from Modkat. When I bought my previous box from them, my cat didn't use it because it was a top-entry. I then opted to get the Flip because I learned he preferred that. Customer service and shipping was prompt, even considering the pandemic. For me the only issue is, there are products I want to buy from them but they are indefinitely out of stock (like the litter mat). That and, I wish the liners weren't made of plastic but something more sustainable.
