(Update: So I was finally contacted by the seller and was able to get the download codes. The codes all worked and I am very happy with the content. However, I still can't give a perfect rating as I felt that the website and the purchasing process was a bit clunky to use. I would now recommend this product with the advise to pay attention to the emails as originally I was contacted via "hermeticmediamgmt" and not a mounumentstudios address. 2/2/24)I was given a gift card over the holiday to purchase one of the fantasy bundles. However, after purchasing I never received any download link or email of any kind. Checked my trash and spam folder thinking an email could been missed but nothing. Next I sent a message via Contact Us portal with no reply. Waited a few days and sent another message and no reply. So far this has been a very negative experience and I would not recommend buying from the site as sadly it feels very much like a scam.
