This company designs cables to FAIL so you have to send them back for repair which costs 55.00! Even IF they are IN WARRANTY they claim the failure is due to YOUR negligence and not treating the cable properly! What BS! I sent my Silver Dragon headphone cable (600.00) in for repair and asked Drew Baird, the owner, to promise to send it back insured for 600.00, the price I paid. He said he would. The cable was supposedly delivered by FedX and required an adult signature. Nobody was home to sign so the FedX delivery driver FORGED my signature and left it on my front porch again . . . . SUPPOSEDLY !!! I NEVER received my cable back and FedX settled the claim for a measley100.00 which is the default insurance on every package shipped by FedX. Moon Audio did NOT insure my headphone cables for 600.00 as promised so I am now out 600.00 and my headphone cable! Moon Audio NEVER answers their phone, but rely on emails which they respond to sporadically IF they feel like it. This is a TERRIBLE & DISHONEST company! AVOID them at all costs. There is NO REASON to use them. They are overpriced, rude, dishonest, manufacture cables designed to fail so you have to spend more money for repairs, and TOTALLY unprofessional compared to other high end Audio vendors I have dealt with. The wife is also VERY argumentative and abrasive in her dealings with the public from my personal experience as well as others I have discussed Moon Audio with! Run from this company as fast as you can and NEVER look back!!!
