awful communication. terrible build quality of their cables. after 6 months of buying a cable for literally over 200$, i had to have a part fixed because of shoddy termination on one side. Then another 6 months later it went out again. I take great care of my cables. the second time, they fixed it, and THEN tried to charge me before even telling me it was going to cost money even tho the first time it was covered under warrantyThroughout the entire process on both times i was always the one communicating and asking question to get any relevant warranty or misc information out of them. and the second time i tried to confirm well before that the repair was covered, but lo and behold "Boom we fixed it now pay up even tho we said it's covered under warranty!" And I told them no because they did not communicate with me.Now my 225$ cable is still with them and ill never get it back. that's a 225$ lesson to never talk to these awful f**ks ever again. If you want a great cable that is superior at half the price, check out customcans.co.uk they made me an awesome cable for almost half the price as moon and they were very communicative and customized my experience all the way.
